OK, I'm not getting very far with creating a list. Please feel free to add items if YOU can.
How big is a peregrine egg? Just about the size of a chicken egg.
How long does it take for them to hatch? About 31 days.
How big are KinneyQ and KathyQ?
KathyQ is approx 14-16" tall and approximately 2-3 pounds.
Kinney is a bit smaller around 12-14" and 1-2 pounds.
Are the previous offspring alive, and where are they? There have been no reported sightings of them, so they are presumed to be alive and have found their own territory elsewhere. Alexa, from the 2006 brood, was killed just a few blocks north of the Circle - apparently she and the pigeon she was trying to catch flew into the path of a car. Both were struck and killed.
